How BidMaster works

BidMaster is a specialist BOQ and cost-intelligence product. You can explore it without an account; saving your work needs a free WURKSPACE account.

1. Create or upload a BOQ. Start from a standard template, a category pack or your own client format at Create BOQ.
2. Cost it. Cost BOQ resolves each row into a resource-level build-up with the evidence, assumptions and confidence shown. Where evidence is insufficient, it says so rather than inventing a rate.
3. Compare vendor offers. Compare bids normalises competing quotations and surfaces scope and specification deviations.
4. Save and reopen. Your saved BOQs, templates and comparisons appear in your BidMaster workspace.

Do I need an account to use BidMaster?

No. Analysis, costing exploration and comparison work anonymously in your browser. An account is only required to save, share or reopen work.

Whose account is it?

It is a WURKSPACE account. BidMaster runs no accounts of its own, so one sign-in works across the ecosystem — and your work stays in your own workspace.

What happens to work I started before signing in?

Nothing is discarded. After sign-in you return to the exact screen you left and the interrupted action continues.
