Privacy policy
This policy explains what BidMaster handles, and what is handled by WURKSPACE as the account authority.
Identity data
Your name, email, workspace and role are held by WURKSPACE. BidMaster reads them through the governed session and never creates a second user record.
Work data
BOQ uploads, extractions, normalisations and comparisons are stored as working artifacts against your workspace so you can reopen them. Anonymous work is never uploaded — it stays in your browser session.
What is never logged
Authentication tokens, handoff codes and the commercial content of your uploads are never written to diagnostic logs.
Deletion
Deleting a workspace or account through your account provider removes the associated working artifacts. Contact support if you need a specific artifact removed sooner.
