How a cost is produced
Costs are composed from governed resource, recipe and evidence records. Every figure carries its basis, assumptions and confidence, and can be inspected line by line.
Where evidence is insufficient
BidMaster refuses rather than invents. An unresolved row is reported as unresolved; a zero is never presented as a cost.
Your responsibility
Site conditions, market movement, specification changes and contractual terms materially affect price. Verify every figure before you tender, award or pay against it.
