Data & evidence policy
BidMaster separates your commercial content from institutional costing intelligence, and keeps the boundary strict.
Your uploads are not evidence
Rates, quantities and amounts you upload are used for your own analysis only. They are never promoted into shared costing intelligence and never become evidence for another user.
Format versus content
When you save a client format as a template, only the structure is retained. Commercial values are excluded by contract.
System of record
Costing intelligence is governed centrally. BidMaster holds working artifacts and never becomes a second master for workspaces, projects, users or memberships.
Source files
Access to an uploaded source file is granted through a short-lived link scoped to an authorised actor. Blocked actors receive no link at all.
