Terms of use
These terms govern your use of BidMaster, a specialist BOQ and cost-intelligence product operated within the WURKSPACE ecosystem.
The service
BidMaster helps you interpret bills of quantities, build explainable cost estimates and compare vendor offers. It is decision support: every output is advisory and you remain responsible for the commercial decision.
Accounts
Accounts, identity, workspaces and memberships belong to WURKSPACE. BidMaster does not operate a separate account system. Your use of an account is also subject to the WURKSPACE account terms.
Your content
You keep ownership of the BOQs, quotations and documents you upload. You confirm you are entitled to upload them and to have them processed for your analysis.
Availability and change
Access levels, usage allowances and features may change. Where a change affects saved work, reasonable notice will be given inside the product.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, outputs are provided without warranty of commercial accuracy. Rates, quantities and comparisons must be verified before tender, award or payment.
